Hi Udara, Thanks for the quick response. I have checked all the tables in WSO2SOCIAL_DB in social-datasources.xml including the SOCIAL_RATING_CACHE table also by issuing select * query. But there is no row in that table. anyway social iframe is showing comment and rating data after server restarting also. is there any other place rating data stored?
