Hi Milan,
You have to set email for UserNameSearchFilter and UserNameAttribute
properties in user-mgt.xml as follows.
<Property
name="UserNameSearchFilter">(&(objectClass=person)(email=?))</Property>
<Property name="UserNameAttribute">email</Property>
