AFAIK *EMM 1.1.0 *has the JDBC userstore as the default user store. In that
case, you need to add the following property to user-mgt.xml file as well.
<Property name="UsernameWithEmailJavaScriptRegEx">[a-zA-Z0-9@
._-|//]{3,30}$</Property>
Please follow [1] and check whether it solves your $subject.
