Hi Lahiru, We discussed this in separate mail thread while the Test Case Hackathon. Sending body for delete request is not mentioned in the spec and not supported in many standard REST clients including JAX-RS2 and Wink. So we raised the same concern for the ES team at that moment i think we have to fix this on the ES side with align with the spec.
