Additionally please try out building the product from the source. You can find a good explanation on IS's repo structure and how to build the product from the source at [4]. The saml related source code resides at [5]. You should be able to build the product on java 7 with maven 3.0.5. If you encounter any issues, please raise them on the WSO2 developer mailing list.
