Hi Viraj, The configuration we have in the synapse.properties file is to globally enable/disable the statistics/tracing for the server. By enabling that, we prepare the server to publish events to DAS server. But, if you need to publish real events, you need to enable them in individual artifacts (proxy, api, sequence, etc). Iranga's suggestion is to provide a global parameter to enable/disable them all at once (per CAPP or at global level). This is a valid requirement which a particular user might have.
This will require a considerable effort to support in the current model and we will not be able to support in the upcoming ESB 5.0.0 version. @Iranga: Please create a public JIRA and we will fix this in a future release.
