Just to further clarify, AFAIK this will not restrict to configure any other broker. This will only omit the requirement of having to add the libs from one folder (which is in the EI pack itself) to another.
The user will be able to chose which broker to use by specifying it in the configuration (i.e axis2.xml) as per the steps defined currently.
