It's happy to hear you interest in Identity Server project.

If you don't have an account at WSO2 , you should create an account [1].

Then you can use that login credentials to login to our Jira home page [2].
While testing our Product-is, if you come across an issue, you are free to
report the issue in Jira.
You can read this article [3] to understand how to create issues in Jira.

You can refer this blog post[4] to find how to fix a Jira issue.
