Confirmed XPathParser.getFunctionToken("document") is failing when invoked from
within evaluate().
Looks like we may be using the base XPath context's list of functions, or at
most the XSLT function set, rather than the functions defined in the
stylesheet. I _suspect_ that's a matter of using the correct context object;
*dyn:evaluate* was clearly found using the right one...
