I'm back from vacation.

There are fewer @author tags than  I expected in xalan-java. And much of the information I wanted to preserve is in the history.xml and resources.xml files under xdocs/sources/xalan.

I'm not sure whether the "human resource" entries in resources.xml include everyone. We *could* add the remaining people there, with the recognition that the email addresses are mostly obsolete, and possibly with the schema modified to allow multiple addresses and/or <previous-mailto/> as well as <mailto/>.

Note that the lotus.com addresses mostly became us.ibm.com addresses.
