Hi all,
I've been wishing to write this mail.

We've committed sometime ago today, a zip archive at location
https://github.com/apache/xalan-java/blob/xalan-j_xslt3.0/xalan-j_xslt3.0_developer_binaries_2023-08-24.zip
[1] on XalanJ repos xalan-java's branch xalan-j_xslt3.0, built from
the latest XalanJ src code as of now on repos xalan-java's branch
xalan-j_xslt3.0.

The zip archive [1] has, XalanJ jar files along with few essential
dependencies like XercesJ (v 2.12.2) jars, and a windows batch file
xalan.bat (to run XalanJ, from this experimental developer XalanJ XSLT
3.0 release package) as well.

The XalanJ XSLT 3.0 developer experimental binary release zip archive
[1], has a test case folder as well with all its files (the XalanJ
developer binaries available within the zip archive [1], passes all
these tests).

The XalanJ XSLT 3.0 developer experimental binary release zip archive
[1], is not intended for production use.

Anyone wishing to, use XalanJ's XSLT 3.0 experimental binary build as
of now (from zip archive [1]) for evaluation purposes and providing
feedback to XalanJ team, may do so.

If anyone wishes to do so, they may look for XSLT 3.0 and XPath 3.1
features implemented so far by XalanJ team, within XalanJ Jira.

I also IMHO wish to say that, all of this work related to XalanJ
implementation is joint work by XalanJ team.
