Hi Joseph, IMHO, few suggestions from me please. On Wed, Sep 27, 2023 at 6:35 AM Joseph Kessselman <kesh...@alum.mit.edu> wrote: > We need to discuss what will be considered accept criteria for cutting > over from Ant to Maven.
I think, after you're convinced with the correctness of your work about XalanJ build migration from Ant to Maven, you could simply merge the XalanJ dev repos 'master' branch Ant to Maven build migration changes to the 'master' branch from your branch. Although unlikely, but if there could be any minor faults with these branch merges by you on first attempt, you could correct those faults in any subsequent iterations for this work. You could then later, finally let this list know, that these XalanJ dev repos 'master' branch Ant to Maven build migration branch changes have concluded, so that all of us could start using those XalanJ dev repos 'master' branch changes. After your work on above mentioned issues, shall conclude, I'd (we'd) like to use those concepts and implement them on the XalanJ dev branch xalan-j_xslt3.0 (but this, I think should not be part of acceptance criteria for cutting over from Ant to Maven, that you've mentioned within your mail within this thread). -- Regards, Mukul Gandhi --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: dev-unsubscr...@xalan.apache.org For additional commands, e-mail: dev-h...@xalan.apache.org
