You've said you like to work in an XML and XSLT area. One topic where we really need help are the DocBooc filters. The DocBook filters actually are XSLT stylesheets that convert DocBook to OpenOffice.org XML and vice versa. They currently support some basic features, but many are missing. They also have not been adapted to the new OpenDocument format used by OOo 2.0. Are the DocBook filters a topic that is of interest for you? If yes, I will try to collect some additional information regarding these filters. Thanks again for you interest in contributing to OOo.
