Thanks for the suggestion. I wonder if someone can help me.  We were tasked to design an online resume repository system.  One requirement is that the template for the resume must be an open office format.  Our head required us that once a user uploaded his / her resume, the system will automatically convert the .sxw file into a .xml file so that the data can easily be stored in a database.  I was in charge of the conversion of the file.  How do I do that?
