Svante, I thought you had us Americans convinced "Vacation" is a default value :) When would you anticipate the switch-over to XSLT 2.0 ?

Hi Gannon,

Saxon 9 is already in OpenOffice 3 ... I've been using XSLT 2 in OpenOffice successfully for a while now:

Does the free Saxon handle that or is the warning just to nag you to upgrade?

The issue I think you are referring to is that the current OpenOffice 3 uses saxon9.jar and the new OpenOffice 3 is obliged to use saxon9he.jar where some functionality (such as extension functions) is not supported. But since extension functions were never "advertised" as available, it should be okay that they are lost. For portability I never used them in my OpenOffice XSLT 2 stylesheets, so I'm safe.

I hope this helps.

. . . . . . . . Ken
