The guidelines mentioned in the ASF website <https://incubator.apache.org/guides/releasemanagement.html> are vague and mention we can start a DISCUSS thread for feedback on the 0.1.0-incubating release. Any idea what can be done here as next steps ? *Podlings can use non-ASF releases as an opportunity to find ASF policy violations and begin resolving them.
