The invalid 0.1.0-incubating release was removed from Maven central. I
raised INFRA-26134 [1] to remove it from the Apache repos as well.

Note that the VOTE thread in general@incubator is still open and must
be closed. @Vinish can you please send a [CANCEL][VOTE] email with a
brief mention on why the vote is cancelled.
