[KO] Downloaded and checked the following jars from the maven staging
repo for LICENSE, NOTICE, DISCLAIMER, and contents:

There are still some issues with the license documentation [1, 2] in
the jars but as far as I see there are no category-x licenses involved
so given that we are still using a DISCLAIMER-WIP I am OK with the
release. Ideally, we should resolve them for the next release and for
sure before becoming a TLP.
