At the moment, I’m +0. I’ve switched HADOOP, HDFS, and YARN over to use bin/test-patch from the RC tar ball via DL’s from https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/yetus/0.1.0-RC1/. I’ve had *one* instance where things went haywire: Your branch is up-to-date with 'origin/branch-2.7'. Current branch branch-2.7 is up to date. Testing YARN-4448 patch on branch-2.7. /testptch/hadoop/patchprocess/precommit/core.d/patchfiles.sh: line 235: /testptch/hadoop/patchprocess/patch: No such file or directory /testptch/hadoop/patchprocess/precommit/core.d/patchfiles.sh: line 235: /testptch/hadoop/patchprocess/patch: No such file or directory /testptch/hadoop/patchprocess/precommit/core.d/patchfiles.sh: line 235: /testptch/hadoop/patchprocess/patch: No such file or directory /testptch/hadoop/patchprocess/precommit/core.d/patchfiles.sh: line 235: /testptch/hadoop/patchprocess/patch: No such file or directory ERROR: YARN-4448 does not apply to branch-2.7. and haven’t been able to reproduce it…. so it might have been a localized glitch or something. Anyway, I’m going to let it sit for the rest of the day (double header hockey today!) and check back when I get home later tonight to see if there have been any other cases of it.
