It threw me off that RELEASENOTES.md was empty, but this appears to be legit, because we didn't use the Release Note field on any 0.1.0 JIRA issues. The only issue I found is that I can't seem to browse the docs bundled in yetus-0.1.0-bin. The CSS isn't loading, and many of the hyperlinks don't work. It appears this is because of use of absolute paths, which are probably correct when deployed to the actual server. I don't think this needs to block the release.
