Graduation is not linked to any release. It is purely a project status.
There are still a number of things that need to be completed before we
can graduate.
But I think we should start the discussion and the process to graduate.

One of the points I cleared up today is the podling name search [1].
I fixed the whimsy scans that we should pass before graduation via [2].
