I think that is cutting it too close. The board meeting is in 2 weeks. The incubator needs to file its report a week before that on the 12th. That leaves us with just a week to finish up everything. We have not done all the work yet that we need to do (administrative) and we still need to go through the two voting rounds also.
I would feel more comfortable aiming for the next meeting which is in mid February.
