Because it may cause jar conflicts. For notebook storage, we use plugin for NotebookRepo in zeppelin 0.9, you can put extra dependencies in the plugin folder. Hadoop NotebookRepo is located in $ZEPPELIN_HOME/plugins/NotebookRepo/FileSystemNotebookRepo
