Instead, I would check for `! flinkHomeFile.isDirectory`, because on
Linux/Mac, `isFile` will return `false` for devices, like, `/dev/ttywf`:
```
user=> (.isFile (file "/dev/ttywf"))
false
user=> (.isDirectory (file "/dev/ttywf"))
false
```
