Doing the diff (but simplifying the diff code a bit, perhaps as I suggested
above) or unregistering/re-registering everything both sound fine to me, but
I've never used JMX so not sure what's the implications of
unregistering/re-registering something. So either way you choose I'd suggest to
run the JMX console and see how it works during reconfig.
Regarding exposing the Quorum System in JMX, I'm ok with postponing this until
after 3.5.0, [~fpj] are you fine with that ?
