disableWrite() is an internal thing only called by ClientCnxnSocketNIO.

Netty doesn't have the concept of enable/disable write interest. NIO has the 
need because the blocking select will return immediately even if there is 
nothing in the queue. Logically, they should behave the same: write only waits 
for new items in outgoingQueue.
