I did some investigation into test failures. It seems like those
closedChannelException are actually from Netty *SERVER*. Sorry for my mistakes
before.
I will follow up shortly with a patch ensuring no writes after channel closed.
At the mean time, it seems netty server is not quite solid, which part of our
SSL roadmap too.
