JMX port is already configurable through JMXPORT environment variable. If user
adds {{export JMXPORT="9090"}} in {{zkEnv.sh}} or {{zookeeper-env.sh}} then
jmx will start on port 9090.
So there is nothing to be done as part of this JIRA. I will soon close this
JIRA.
