After adding -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.rmi.port=$JMXPORT, now there is
only one extra port and as per information at [stackoverflow thread|
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/20884353/why-java-opens-3-ports-when-jmx-is-configured].
this can not be configured. So there will be at least one radom port
