Exim is only active if no other MTA programs are installed. This usually only
happens on minimal install without sendmail. Redhat closes these type of bugs
as not a problem because LSB specification enforces MTA dependency. The
question is, does using ZooKeeper need to comply to LSB specification? I hope
we don't tie up in ball and chains to use a light weight program like
ZooKeeper. Of course, I could be wrong and people like to have a MTA on their
ZooKeeper servers.
