Hello [~evolvah].
This was a failure in TestReconfig.cc, which covers dynamic ensemble
reconfiguration through the C client. We have seen intermittent failures from
a few of the reconfiguration test suites on both the Java and C side. As of
right now, we don't have a successful diagnosis of the problem, so I expect
we'll continue to see this intermittently from future pre-commit builds.
This is unrelated to your patch, and you don't need to take any further action
in response to the failure within the scope of this patch. Reviewers will be
able to make a judgment call and see that certain patches, like this one, don't
touch the reconfiguration logic at all.
