I actually didn't write this code (it was written by [~marshall]), and have no
bandwidth for debugging this at the moment.
[~suda], since you looked into it, would you like to assign it to yourself ?
Anyone else interested in this functionality ? (the functionality here
is being able to dynamically update the server list used by the client, this is
complementary to server-side reconfiguration that allows
the clients to catch up with changing membership).
I think that a major road-block in debugging these issues is the lack of access
to Hudson.
