Michael, some of these may be due to a random seed problem in the C
implementation. See discussion in ZOOKEEPER-1594.
Each client is supposed to generate a random permutation of the servers and
connect to the first one on the list. To achieve this in a test,
we must make sure that they start their random number generators with a
different seed.
