    @ivankelly I have some cases in which I will use in production. I have some 
app which can be installed both in clusters and in single machine deployment.
    I know zk server is not born to run inside the same process, it is tricky.
     But actually there is no other way to run bookkeeper. In the short term I 
am going to work in bk to abstract from zk
