https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/zookeeper/
(ViewVC at http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/zookeeper/)

In Accumulo, when we moved away from SVN, we put in a README:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/accumulo/
(although, it's out-of-date now, because of the migration to gitbox)

I recommend something similar for ZooKeeper's SVN area.
