I do not have such a file. It's my first Jahia startup on a fresh jahia 
installation.

What is the value of your parameter jahiaWebAppsDeployerBaseURL in your 
jahia/WEB-INF/config/etc/jahia.properties file?

What Jahia is looking for when it looks for the webapps base url? Where 
can I find the code? Is there any error or something missing in my server.
