Uploade file lock after rename

We're experiencing a File Lock (the file lock icon, for example )after 
renaming certain uploaded files in jahia.  The problem is, that the file 
can't be "unlocked" by the current user or the super user.  How can one 
unlock a "locked" file, using the Jahia interface?
