Normally I wouldn't do this because we can't afford to test every single
test web app we get sent, but I guess you were lucky.
Anyway, I tested your WAR after modifying the location of the index.jsp
with Jahia 4.0.6_01 and I had no such error as you describe. Make sure
you are using a standard installation of Jahia and a 1.4 JDK.

Nope it's not. It should be at the root of your web application :
hello.war/index.jsp if you see what I mean.
