Hi Fabrice,
If a property is not found in JahiaAdministrationResources_fr.properties,
it will be looked up in
JahiaAdministrationResources.properties instead. The second file acts as a
"by default" file, meaning that all properties that don't have a value in a
specific language, will still have a default value fetched from that file.
If no corresponding property is defined in either the language file and the
default file, then nothing will be displayed...

When I move out this file of my TOMCAT , nothing happend.I mean that the
adminstration page is constructed normally.
I don't understand .
If you have any idea to explain that
