PowerPoint files in Private area using IE

I have uploaded a number of files to a Group private area/directory on Jahia release 4.0.6_01.  When I log in as a member of the Group (using IE) I am able to access all files except PowerPoint files.  When I click on a PowerPoint file within the private folder it prompts me for a username and password.  After clicking on cancel 3 times it then opens the file.  This issue does not happen in Mozilla.  Could this be an issue with webdav and IE PowerPoint plug-in?   Any help or advice would be much appreciated.   Kind Regards Graham Honey Web Developer education.au limited 182 Fullarton Road Dulwich 5065 South Australia Tel: (08) 8334 3237   IMPORTANT: This e-mail, including any attachments, may contain private or confidential information.
