Process message not in English

When I use the Workflow to approve a pending page, the nice little 
Process indicator runs, and when it finishes it given a message that 
isn't in English, as are the rest of my pages.  I'm reading it as 
telling me to reload the page.  My locale is English, so all the other 
messages and text on the screen are in English.
