IANAL, but I see problems from section 1.1, for starters: "Subject to Your compliance with these API Terms, Skype grants to You a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable right to use the Skype API for a Permitted Purpose, as defined in paragraph 2 below." Adium is distributed under the GPL, which is an inherently transferrable license. We can't make use of resources or code that we aren't authorized to let others make use of, as well. -Evan
