We *could* also leave it as is and take care of creating tickets on
behalf of our users. We had discussed this a few times in the past and
while there were a few people who seemed on the fence about the idea,
nobody was distinctly against it that I recall...

I'd bet people are more likely to find us on the forums or Twitter to
report problems anyway (plus there's also IRC where we get a number of
our bug reports as well).
