The migration process (point 2 in Frank's list) might be worth some discussing here on the list. As I understand the migration process currently is initiated the moment the Facebook account connects or when the account preferences are opened. This means people who have deactivated their account might not know what they are missing. However, if the migration were to occur at startup of Adium it might seem more disruptive. What do others think would be better? I have also been wondering whether we want to give the users some more information on what is happening, what the migration is about. How do others feel about this? Perhaps another thing to think about is whether a window with a progress bar is required. I don't know how long the migration will take for users with a lot of Facebook transcripts. Regards, Robbie
