There are a ton of fixes that need to go out *now*, like both Eric and
Robbie say here. I disagree with holding that up for something which is
going to take a while.

If it takes another month to get fb done, then it'd be another month where
this large amount of fixes are not in the hands of everyone. So for msn
users, they get their fixes withheld because of facebook? That seems odd to
me.

If it was only one or two fixes that were very minor, I think I'd side with
you. But this is almost 40 fixes. It's worth setting up beta 1 tomorrow,
throwing in the fix for 15000 in when that's done (if it can be done,
confirmation needed from what Eric's email says)

A quick release for this group of fixes doesn't stop the facebook fixes from
going in after that. Sometimes some things just take time. Obviously this is
the case for the facebook xmpp changes.
