I was considering this when I initially decided to make the bird 'fly' in with an animation, however HTML5 animation currently doesn't support the ability to switch the CSS background-image selector. It could be written in Javascript instead, but from what I tested it wasn't as fluid as what HTML5 can offer. The animation in itself isn't a huge deal breaker anyway. Chris and Adrian suggested to add the quack audio for when you click the Adiumy, that should be easily achievable.
