Just a status update on making Adium's graphics Retina-ready. I just need some opinions and direction on something I've noticed.
Of the 4 status icons that ship with Adium, I've remade one from scratch (Chat Bubbles) and remade HiDPI assets for iBubble Status and Stockholm. The remaining set (Gems) looks very dated. If memory serves me right this set has shipped with Adium since the very early days and hasn't really been changed since. So I think the best direction forward would be to either remove the set or replace it with something more modern. Seeing how we already have 2 chat bubble sets, and a pill shaped set a generic circle set is the obvious choice. Of the circle shaped icon sets on the Xtra site, Uwy is my favourite and one which I use by default anyway. Of course we'd need to get permission for its inclusion within Adium. Anyone else have an opinion on which set could be bundled by default in Adium?
