[OT] SMS gateway with Voicestream network

I have a Nokia 7190 setup in the US as an SMS gateway. This setup worked
easily (running kannel 1.1.4 on cygwin). However I cannot recieve SMS
messages from outside the network.

Has anyone seen this.
