Yes, but not connecting them to an SMSC if that's what you are after. If you
are doing TCP/IP over it then that I can do.  You could have a look at Cisco's
ConfigMaker tool.

The configuration will depend on what you are planning to do with it and what
the X.25 configuration is.  Most setups are quite simple, but X.25 can do some
cunning stuff.

The most important bit that gets forgotten is the serial cable.  I don't know
how well you know Cisco serial ports, but they are high density 60 pin
connectors
that fan out to one of various standard serial connectors.  When it is used as a
kilostream line, X.25 is usually presented as an X.21 serial line (in the UK at
least -- ask your provider).  Cisco list the pinouts here, but when you see the
cable
you'll appreciate that it is usually better to buy one.  You will probably have
DTE
equipment since your provider will run the clocking signal.
