Kannel doesn't yet support it.

If you can help me knowing what XSER field you need, and if it's a standard
procedure, I could try to code it.

In my company, they told me that it's possible to charge clients by using
something
in XSER field, but we still don't have billing software to deal with it.

If it's standard, I think we could implement it on kannel.

Don't other SMSC protocol have a billing field too ?
If so, the interface could be generic and shared by them.
